1. Virtual account

To avoid a large number of transactions in payments and to ease the withdraw of your prizes, Hispaloto offers to the registered customers a Virtual Cash Account. With it, you can add funds to pay your purchases with, and at the same time get your prizes and move them to your personal bank account

2. Full prizes, instantly

The prizes will be fully deposited in your Virtual Cash Account at Hispaloto. From there, you can transfer them to your bank account. Also, if you wish, you can keep them in your Virtual Cash Account to perform new purchases. We remind you that the prizes are deposited net of taxes, and for prizes higher than 20.000 € within 2.019 (40.000 € starting on 2.020) of Loterías y Apuestas de España, are subject to the payment of a tax (20%) of the amount exceeding the mentioned value.

Also, we remind you that for prizes of 2.000€ or above, there exists a special procedure to comply with the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing laws in Spain and EEC. These prizes can be deposited only into an authorized Spanish bank account.

3. Can I pay with credit card?

The payments with credit / debit card are totally safe. 4. Can I pay by transfer?

The money deposits thru bank transfers are shown in your Virtual Cash once the money has been received in any of the bank accounts of Hispaloto. Normally, the banks process a wired transfer in a period of 1 day. For performing this kind of deposit, you must follow the next steps:

1. Make the Transfer indicating in the description the same code (Hxxxxxx), that Hispaloto facilitated you in the Transfer / Revenue Notice. In the absence of this code, the user can indicate the DNI, NIE or passport, name and surname or the e-mail with which he registered.

5. Deposit in accounts of Hispaloto

An alternative to the transfer, is to make a deposit in any of the accounts indicated above. To do this, you must go to a branch office of the banking entities indicated above and make an entry in the name of Hispaloto. In the concept of deposit you must indicate the code that Hispaloto provided in the admission notice. The procedure is the same as the one indicated for the bank transfer. The advantage of this form of payment against to the transfer, is that the cost is zero.

You can buy them for one or several consecutive draws up to a maximum of 40 weeks, except for the Drawing Boards which are made according to the number of days available. Additionally, you can activate the "Automatic Renewal" so that your purchase is renewed at the end of the chosen cycle.
